The Spirituality Commission coordinates the spiritual ministries
already available at Trinity, seeing to it that those ministries get the
resources and support they need to remain viable. An important part
of this task is the fostering of existing leadership and the generation of new leadership where that is called for. We are mindful of the fact that it is precisely the people supplying spiritual energy in a parish whose responsibilities often prevent them from partaking of the spiritual nourishment on offer.

A related task is the identification of areas where we need to
develop new spiritual offerings. Some of these will be one-time events, others will become a part of our ongoing work as a parish. We ourselves do not need to always be the ones providing leadership here. Often others will take the lead, simply needing our support, encouragement and coordination.
